Barilla G.& R. Fratelli is looking for a student or fresh graduate to join our headquarters in Parma for a 6-months internship experience.
Brief description
The intern will follow the marketing and communication activities for a start-up project inside Barilla Region Italy.
Main Activities
- Supporting in the B2C communication activities;
- Managing external agencies;
- Customer service activities: managing claims and contacts on social media channels;
- Implementing instore promotions on the field.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication OR 2nd year master student.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in managing social media and digital channels.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, flexibility, and ability to cease new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English.
- Curious and proactive approach.
- Nice to have: a previous experience in Ecommerce or Customer Service.
