Brief description
The intern will support the projects related to Parma 2020, both in the External Communication unit (including also the historical archive), and the Internal Communication for Barilla people.
Key Accountabilities
External communication:
External communication:
- identifying the primary Barilla stakeholders;
- Planning the guided visits in the HQ and Pedrignano plant;
- Coordinating the execution of the guided visits with the Plant personnel, the external guides, and the “Gruppo Medaglie D’Oro Barilla”
Historical Archive:
- Supporting the tutor in the management and enhancement of the Barilla Historical Archive, also through the dedicated website;
- Supporting the material requests both from Barilla colleagues, and external users;
- designing internal and external enhancement initiatives.
Internal Communication:
- Supporting the Internal Communication unit in the drafting and publication of communications to Barilla People;
- organizing and managing the external communication events.
Requirements
- Master’s degree OR newly master graduate in Communication Science or similar;
- High interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking
- Fluent Italian and English
- Good knowledge of Office suite
- Alignement with Barilla values
- Preferable study/work experience abroad
- Preferable past experience in a similar role
